Nipperbout maintains its ISO 9001/2000 accreditation.
To be successful in providing childcare for 14
years requires an attention to detail and a sensitivity
to individual needs. Our annual audit, by QMS,
encourages us to review and improve our services
to client and customers alike. Nipperbout is able
to constantly refine management systems and avoid
potential complacency.

childcare manual for Jersey Childcare Trust
Nipperbout wrote the Children’s Field
section for the HMS
Nipperbout has been consulted by the DfES
with regards to proposed changes for mobile
crèche registration.
Nipperbout has a positive working relationship
with Ofsted having experienced over 60 inspections.
Our excellent
Ofsted record enables us to fast track
the registration process when necessary.
Nipperbout currently has 17 Ofsted Registration
certificates for venues around the UK (see Venues
and links for more information).
All quality Inspections to date have received
the outcome of ‘good’ or 'outstanding'

An Ofsted form EYL462 is submitted for
every venue (large or small) and a Letter
of Exemption obtained where full Ofsted Registration
has not already taken place,
This is relayed to you and the venue together
with a copy of our insurance certificate. (A
legal requirement, which validates the terms
of insurance).
Risk assessments and method statements are
sent to venues as required.
All venues are asked to confirm their compliance
with health and safety regulations for appliances,
fire equipment, food hygiene, etc.
Local Fire Authorities are contacted either
by Ofsted or ourselves.
A copy of the Nipperbout policies and procedures
is in every crèche and available for
reading on request.
Site visits, Ofsted compliance, space, -staff-child
ratios, and Criminal Records bureau checks and
a feedback report are all part of our package.
NB: An additional charge is made for new Ofsted
Registrations to meet the fees of Ofsted and administration.
