- Nipperbout has an uncompromising
security system that must be adhered to.
- Nipperbout staff may not be
alone with a child regardless of CRB checks.
- Staff ratios are:
- under 2 years 1: 2
- 2 - 3 years 1:3
- 3 – 7 years 1:5
- 8 – 16 years 1:6
- 75% of all staff have childcare
qualifications 25% are entertainers or specialist
teachers.
- Key workers are given to all
children aged 3 and under and for those with
special needs
- First aiders in every crèche.
- Mobile phone numbers are taken
from every parent – pagers are provided
on request.
- A copy of the Nipperbout policies and procedures
is in every Crèche and available for
reading on request
Site visits, Ofsted compliance, space, staff:child
ratios, and Criminal Records bureau checks and
a feedback report are all part of our package.
NB: An additional charge is
made for new Ofsted Registrations to cover the
Ofsted fee and Nipperbout administration costs.
