Lost Children Area
Definition - Children who have become separated from their parents are brought to this secure area/ room and cared for by a qualified CRB checked member of staff with counselling skills.

Nipperbout first gained valuable experience in dealing with separated parents and children at the Glastonbury and Phoenix festivals. Over the years we have developed a comprehensive system for ensuring children and parents are reassured whilst the appropriate authorities effect the return of parent and child. The system aims to reunite parents and children swiftly whilst maintaining appropriate security measures. This has operated equally well at the NEC working with its own security.
