The ability to think on your feet, be flexible, work long hours with short breaks and still remain cheerful, friendly and caring, are other essentials! You must be prepared to work away from home – we pay travel and accommodation.
The work is very different and great fun, with the opportunity to meet new people and travel both around the UK and Europe!
We offer training in our particular style of behaviour management in which labels are banned, along with the words ‘no’ and ‘dont’!
Qualifications required are Level 3 in a full and relevant childcare course or a degree in a relevant subject. Actors and entertainers are particularly welcome as are all ethnic backgrounds, genders and abilities. We welcome and celebrate differences!
The essential DBS can be done through our checking body. We require staff to join the 'up date service'. Nipperbout has a commitment to safeguarding and an ongoing culture of vigilance.
