Janthea Brigden is a leading expert in childcare and is Nipperbout’s qualified Early Years Professional and Safe Guarding Officer. 

Responsible for marketing, sales, recruitment, training and the implementation of childcare standards, Janthea also acts as consultant to governmental and regulatory bodies and corporate clients.

As Operations Director, Steve’s expertise lies within the organisational aspects and logistics.  Steve has ensured consistent punctual delivery and robust Health and Safety procedures for over 30 years. 

His creativity and sense of fun are responsible for the many imaginatively themed services which delight children and give clients peace of mind.

Rheya is a highly experienced, qualified Early Years Professional, with a passion for safeguarding and childcare.

Rheya is responsible for the smooth administration and coordination of each event. She oversees Staff Training and the development of Nipperbout policies. She is also a filmmaker and produces all Nipperbout Videos.

Julia has worked in Education for more than 25 years, in Britain Australia and New Zealand.   Julia can be seen at most Nipperbout Events managing every challenge with calm professionalism! She is also responsible for staff training and assisting in the development of policy.

Together with his financial expertise, Darren's many years experience of having run his own care business makes him the perfect 'fit' for Nipperbout! Darren primarily deals with Nipperbout financial matters, however his knowledge and experience are invaluable across many aspects of the business.
