As Operations Director, Steve’s expertise lies within the organisational aspects and logistics. Steve has ensured consistent punctual delivery and robust Health and Safety procedures for over 30 years.
His creativity and sense of fun are responsible for the many imaginatively themed services which delight children and give clients peace of mind.
Rheya is a highly experienced, qualified Early Years Professional, with a passion for safeguarding and childcare.
Rheya is responsible for the smooth administration and coordination of each event. She oversees Staff Training and the development of Nipperbout policies. She is also a filmmaker and produces all Nipperbout Videos.
Julia has worked in Education for more than 25 years, in Britain, Australia and New Zealand.
Julia can be seen at most Nipperbout Events, managing every challenge with calm professionalism! She is also responsible for staff training and assisting in the development of policy.
Charlotte is an experienced and dedicated educator, having taught for 12 years across both primary and secondary settings. With a strong commitment to child wellbeing and learning, she has now brought her expertise beyond the classroom.
As Nipperbout’s Lead Events Coordinator, Charlotte oversees the smooth planning, administration and delivery of each event, ensuring an organised,welcoming and high-quality experience for every child and family.
Rachel is a passionate early years professional, having worked across nurseries and schools since 2014. Holding a Diploma in Child Care and Education and a Foundation Degree in Early Years, she brings a deep understanding of child development and a genuine love for supporting children’s growth.
As Nipperbout’s Administrator, Rachel plays a key role in ensuring every event runs smoothly behind the scenes. Her organisation helps create the calm, supportive foundations that allow children and families to feel welcome and cared for.
Louisa is an organised and highly trusted member of the Nipperbout team, bringing calm efficiency and a sharp eye for detail to everything she does. As Nipperbout’s Finance Manager, she oversees the financial planning, processes and day-to-day accounts that keep our operations running smoothly.
