Our values

At Nipperbout we have been creating lasting memories and enriching experiences for children and their families at events for over 30 years. Over that time we have developed a set of core values that we weave through absolutely everything we do.

Connection

In fostering genuine relationships we create feelings of safety, trust, and a sense of belonging for each of the children and young people in our care.

Curiosity

We encourage staff and children to be curious about behaviour and feelings so that understanding and inclusion are part of learning and development for all.

Compassion

Compassion lies at the heart of our ethos as we prove time and again that caring and kindness can make a huge difference to a young person’s life.

Self-appreciation

We value self-appreciation, recognising the importance of acknowledging and appreciating our own worth, which in turn allows us to extend that same appreciation to others. We encourage this in the children in our care.
